Market holds elevated ground despite weekly dip
Natural Latex posted a small weekly decline, but the wider market structure remains considerably stronger than earlier in the year. Prices settled at Rs 240/kg on 25 June, down from Rs 245/kg a week earlier. The adjustment follows a period of stable trading and reflects only a limited change in near-term market direction.
Current assessments show that Indian Natural Latex prices remain supported by gains accumulated over recent months. While fortnightly values slipped by Rs 5/kg, the monthly comparison still shows an increase of Rs 8/kg. Longer-term indicators remain notably positive, with prices rising Rs 60/kg over three months and Rs 126/kg over six months. Annual comparisons show a gain of Rs 128/kg.
Trading activity during recent months has covered a broad range between roughly Rs 104/kg and Rs 257/kg. Even after the latest decline, market values continue to sit much nearer recent highs than longer-term lows. Indian Natural Latex prices therefore continue to reflect a substantially improved position relative to earlier-quarter conditions. Buyers and sellers monitoring Natural Latex prices in India are seeing a market that remains above historical trading levels despite recent adjustments. Technical markers place support near Rs 240/kg and resistance around Rs 257/kg,Natural Latex, Commodity Markets, Price Update, Market Watch, Latex Prices, Industrial Raw Materials .
