I'm reposting this article because I had so much I just wanted to say. First, I think it's the best interview he's given. He is still speaking in abstracts, but it is cerebral in a way that you can follow what he's saying.

Second, if you're looking for 911 content and enjoy analyzing his interviews, I'm sure you can find something in the article worth examining.

Third, and this is unrelated to 911. It's the heart of what is on my mind. This interview made me think about so many things. There was something so real and moving about it. I found myself crying for him about the things that he wasn't explicitly saying. Crying about whatever he went through and crying about how he seems to be in a state of ascension. (and that is a good thing.) He is rising above whatever has been trying to hold him down. I could guess or speculate about those things, but I will not. If he wanted to discuss his personal feelings with strangers, I believe he would have been more explicit. Even though I don't know him personally, I can respect that.

The interview really got to me though. I think as fans we watch an actor create a character that we love, and even though we know in our mind that the actor and the character are two separate people, we instinctively intertwine the two. (IMO) When we come to love the character, we come to love the actor. By doing this, a false sense of familiarity is created. This false sense of familiarity makes some fans say things and do things that under any normal circumstance, they would not say or do. I actively try to avoid this trap because this familiarity is entirely one-sided and for some people, unhealthy. After all, the actor or actors in question don't watch us on a show or anywhere else. We are strangers, and any comments made based on that false sense of familiarity are creepy as f#$k. I like to keep my fangirl behavior in fan spaces where it's not so weird that I'm caught in a perpetual thirst trap of actor A or actor B.

I said all of that to say this. The interview really made me wish I knew him. It made me want to be his friend, and that is saying a lot because I'm usually the first to make a thirst trap comment. (same for Oliver Stark if I'm being honest.) However, this is just different. I wanted to give him a hug and tell him whatever was happening, he is rising, and he is going to win at it
