Dio put his hands on his hips, scowling at the other's laugh. Now he was offended. How dare this lower being insult him in such a way. He'll take back his blown kiss, Raziel didn't deserve such! It wasn't embarrassment or foolishness that drove him, but did the wraith seriously challenge him? To do better with what little he got? Or was he so starved of affection he had to piss the vampire off to do such a thing?
“You are a skull with a head of hair and...” A vague gesture towards Raziel's face, more so towards his eyes. “I don't even know what to call those,” Dio growled, full offense. “You dare suggest I put my mouth anywhere near that? The nerve.” He did near Jonathan's decapitated head all those years ago, but there was a difference. A vast difference. Still it was a challenge and if Dio stepped away from it, even if it was unworthy of his time, how would this reflect on someone else. It wouldn't matter, he could always kill Raziel.
How dare he do such a thing to him though! Dio approached the former vampire to grab him by the cowl and move him back against a wall, to some liquor shop no less and brought him up to eye level. “But you'll only ever relinquish one from me,” he growled, his knee immediately going up between the other's legs to give him a place to perch on so Dio didn't have to literally hold him by the head. The cowl wasn't trusted enough to do the job by itself.
Now his hands were free enough to do as they wished, one stayed furled in the cowl, the other gripped Raziel's black hair to keep him from doing anything... Obscene. Not that was going to happen, still it was better safe than sorry. He pressed a kiss to the area above his teeth, lower lip running over the sharp fang that suggested his vampiric heritage. A green smear of lipstick was all that remained after the fact and in that moment, Dio was off him and about 20 feet away, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, his lipstick smeared past his cheek as he grinned.
