These homemade Larabar cookies are a quick and budget-friendly alternative to store-bought Larabars. Made with wholesome ingredients, they are perfect for a nutritious on-the-go snack.
Ingredients: 1 cup dates, pitted. 1 cup almonds. 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Dates, almonds, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt should all be put into a food processor. You need to process the mixture until it turns into a sticky dough. Move the mixture to a cutting board after taking it out of the food processor. Make the dough into bars or balls about the size of cookies. Set the Larabar cookies out on a plate or tray. Put the cookies in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make them firm. The 5 Minute Larabar Cookies are ready to eat once they have been chilled.
