Today was one of those beautiful, not too cool, clear October days. I decided to go for a walk. The path started out wide, alongside a dirt access road.
Then it headed into the woods
The path got twisty and narrower
And darker and more overgrown. At times it was hard to tell where the path was.
But at last I broke out of the trees and could see the sky, the mountains, and the sea.

This year for Halloween Lantzville decided to shoot fireworks from the beach out over the sea. We could see them from our place. Oh and it was raining pretty heavily at the time. That’s the background noise.
