A Fine Night for Fortified Wine @landskroon_wines Cape Vintage 2019, with a Paarl provenance. Fortified with brandy sprits to approximately 18% alc and at a sweet R.S. 103g/l. Because of its relatively high acid, its got a refined quality to it. It’s like having a conversation with an exquisitely dressed woman at dinner. It’s polished, but delightfully sweet. A sweet after dinner treat that is equally delicious over dark puddings, or like whisky over ice, in coffee - or in its own resplendent beauty.
