Rained pretty bad yesterday so we went out a day later. WOW, what a great late Spring day!! Yeah, 80ºF is a bit hot but with the breeze it is quite nice and very enjoyable to skate the streets of Philly. Here’s my proof:

Awesome time today, skating the warmed-up streets of Philadelphia with the Landskaters crew. We went pretty deep North and ventured just a block or two off our regular “beaten” path. Turned out very nice and an enjoyable way to spend 16 miles of my time. Oh, yeah, and I got a video to prove it 🙂

Just a nice Sunday skate, led by Pete with the Landskaters.org crew. Rather uneventful; still, we’ve been to some places worth checking out, on occasion. Great weather (albeit a big hot).

Landskaters.org, led by Eric, ventured to the Fox Chase Cancer Center, waaaaaay out there in North Philly. My milage was about 26 total, so about 22-23 miles for the group… Ouch! 🙂
Anyway, this was an absolutely awesome skate, through the scary parts of North Philadelphia, and back. Excellent time, and here’s a video to prove it.
