He will take you along his path of life, through trauma and challenges since near death at birth, to severe hearing-loss, to limitations constantly placed on him on his path towards becoming the first deaf player in the NBA. Lance will share his ‘7 Marks of a Leader,’ from his experience of being a team captain on most of his teams from 10 years around the world. When you hear his story, you will understand how among his peers in the basketball world, Lance became known as The Lion.
