Hi! What do you think of the map (of the world?) in the office of Norman? Do you think it matters? It is on the first panel.

So that worldmap has been referenced ever since chapter 118, where we see Norman for the first time. I tried to crop it so the focus is on the map, not Norman, since it's drawn in a way that you easily get distracted...
Posuka-sensei does this a lot to hide details while misdirecting attention.
It appears in many different panels, but that is because Posuka is incredibly consistent and detailed with her backgrounds.
She is actually so consistent, that I think that map is
identical to the one from chapter 5 in Gracefield
(when the kids discuss where their world could be located)
It could be that Norman has the map in his office as a reminder of the human world that must exist somewhere, but he can't reach. Or perhaps Posuka-sensei was trying to get us to start discussing again
WHERE IN THE WORLD IS THE DEMON WORLD?!
Since it will be revealed soon, once Emma and Ray crosses the Seven Walls.
I think most people know about my theory of the Seven Walls being the Seven Seas, and the demon world being a bit like Atlantis. If not, I will link it in a reblog.
I also have a different theory about Lambda-7214 being a real-world coordinate for the Mariana-trench, the deepest seafloor on Earth, located right next to the Devil’s Sea, or Dragon's triangle... just off the coast of Japan... I will link that theory in a reblog as well.
In terms of maps, we have seen a couple globes in the series' art so far, and almost all of them without exception are turned to show OCEAN... I think that's another clue for the sea.
(Also, do you see the lambda symbol plotted on the globe, right in the middle of an ocean? Subtle... huh..? Or am I too good at spotting things?)
