Well, well, well... Last week I sent a message to Police Chief Aubrey Collins, who does not seem to want to share. The message was as follows:
"You may have noticed that Jack Masen and Mary Beth Stanton's murders were incredibly similar to those couples who were killed in the 1950's. There's a reason for that. My grandfather had a plan: each of those couples were sinners, and he wanted to cleanse the town of sin. In 1955, he married. His plans changed, but he never destroyed his manifesto, his plan to cleanse Lakeview. I found this little journal when I was young, cleaning out his house after his passing, a long way away from Lakeview, Maryland. Cleanse Lakeview. Make it beautiful again. Killing Jack and Mary Beth was just the first step. They were popular and loved, but they also had secrets.

Jack bullied those weaker than him, not just in school but after too.
Mary Beth helped drive her best friend to drugs and an eating disorder.

While many of you were locked in the school, I took this opportunity to make the town safe again. I’ve heard rumors of adultery, sex, drugs, and fighting happening, and I don’t know what the mayor believed would happen by bringing the entire town together. While everyone was sinning, I saved the town from one of the worst.
Farren Masen is dead. She was on her way to the school when the storm hit. I found her outside of Kassandra King’s home. She bled out quickly, no pain. Not even a scream came from her. As many of you have seen, Franklin McIntyre and Arianna Vasquez have been my latest victims. No, I did not succeed in killing them, but I did show I’m not someone to be messed with. Something that I’d like to get off of my chest, is that I was not going after them. In the dark, Franklin’s car looked like the person’s whom I wanted to kill, and that is part of the reason why Franklin and Arianna were left alive. That being said, if Franklin or Arianna share anything about my identity from what they saw that night, they will not be lucky enough to survive me a second time.
