Omg, an active Narcos blog??? 😍😍😍 I just binged all of Colombia and am starting on Mexico and I’m HERE for it. Can I request something featuring either Lehder or The Lion?
ahhh welcome to the narcos fandom my dear!! we’re a very small community here but post quite frequently 💗 and it fills my heart with joy to see more people getting into this show ( and requesting gifs of interesting side-characters !!) i did a small gifset of León (who is such a little cutie who deserved better), and I’m fighting with myself rn regarding Lehder bc the actor is very cute and the charater would be pretty cool if he wasn’t a nazi duh ! but anyway thank you for requesting 🌸
💗 compliment or drag, I'm good with either, just need the distraction from my thesis tbh
I don’t need to drag you, it seems like your thesis is doing my work for me 😏
All jokes aside, here’s a compliment and also the truth: you’re an extremely resilient person. I know that you are a bit overwhelmed at the moment, but remember this… You’ve overcome so much, you’ve achieved so much, and despite some bumps along the way? Despite things not going exactly according to plan? You’re doing great.
Keep on trucking! 👊
Are we talking F1 books? I love that! I'd recommend Meine Story by Niki, Francois Cevert: A Contract with Death by Jean Claude Halle, Jochen Rindt by Heinz Pruller, and Flying on the Ground by Emerson Fittipaldi. Just off the top of my head.
Yo fam, thanks for the recs - I definitely need to read Niki’s book and I’ve always had an interest to read more on Francois.
The Goodreads group is currently focused on fiction - apparently there’s a whole niche group of books focused on poorly written romance and F1 cars
Obv black eyed children are Michael's kids #avesatanas
oh my god
i love you
now if one of those little demons ever approach me i wont be as scared ahahah (jk would still probably try and kick their ass)
this is GOLD
i love this!!!
thank you ahaha

You know I've gotta ask for your opinion on Jochen Rindt :)
Another death in the sport that could have been prevented. It's ironic that he was one of the first drivers to bust balls about safety in the sport, was mocked for it, and subsequently died because he got killed by his own seatbelt (basically).
Even more irony, the fact that he drove like a maniac outside the track lmao. The man was a massive enigma in that sense.
How did you get into dance?? What interested you about it?
Oh boy, my dance story...
My parents were the ones who signed me up for my first ballet class when I was 3. My first ballet performance, I was a mouse in "Cinderella" and my parents didn't know if I wanted to go up on stage and preform. But I did. I went up there and I wore my little mouse costume (which i still have, it is on a shelf in my closet) and I danced my heart out.
I did other styles of dance for a while but mainly I trained in ballet. I took about a few months off one year because me and my family travelled to England for a family wedding and also at this time I left my studio because we were having trouble with the director.
I ended up joining a competitive dance studio (one that travels to dance competitions and competes, my parents have never let me compete because they say my education is more important, and I agree) and I continued doing ballet. I ended up getting into a slump at this time because I felt like I was losing motivation. I also had a teacher who I didn't enjoy very much (I won't go into many details about her but I no longer take classes from her)
Around the same time I auditioned for a dance company (the one that's called Hype and i like to think as though it was a sign from the universe that I was going to fall in love with u2 since u2 were called the hype, if that makes sense?) And I was lucky enough to earn a spot on the company. I've been with the company for two years now, and I've never been happier. It's like one huge family and our director is like a second mom to me. It's definitely different than my previous training (I've never done hip hop before in my life until I came to the company) but I truly enjoy it and I plan on reauditioning for my spot in two weeks (!!!!) I do still continue training in ballet at my studio and I have a very lovely instructor who I truly love (she also teaches my mom pilates random fact there)
And yea that's my dance story in a nutshell. I love dance so much is because it's just a way for me to express myself and my emotions. I could have the worst day in my life and I'd go and dance and it's like what happened before doesnt matter anymore. And I could never really see myself doing anything else other than dance.
Thanks so much for playing! If you haven't already, please ask me any question you want to know about me in my inbox and I will answer it
@ladyrindt replied to your post “So here’s a little story for y’all if you’re having a bad day: Some...”
I love Leala so fucking much that it hurts <3 Tell her that she is so good and that she is doing an amazing job!!!!!!!!!
She’s a super good girl, and as a reward tonight she got a prime piece of cutlet. She’s now snoring happily on the couch :)
