They are actually absurdly easy to make.
I didn't so much like the taste of these chocolate chip muffins (I'm not big on the nutmeg) but the method and stuff from that website is really useful and worked really well. Basically, don't mix it more than you have to, and put it in at 425 for 5 minutes before you turn it down to 375.
Not that that helps with the fact that it's 2:30 AM and one can't make muffins this time of night, but for future reference. Just in case. Because muffins.
