He’d absolutely make the first move and ask them out on a date, he’d probably think it through for a long time and decide how to do it before finally just coming out with it. He’d have probably just been sat with them, then leaned in and gave them a long, romantic kiss before pulling away and asking them for a date
Vergil
Vergil wouldn’t think all too much about it after he made up his mind and knew that he wanted to be with them, when he wants something, he’ll go for it. He’d pull them aside and ask them if they’d enjoy going out on a date with him, once they agreed he’d give them a kiss on the forehead and tell them how much he was looking forward to it

He’d be a little nervous about it at first, he’d be with them and just thinking about how much he wanted to kiss them, then all of a sudden without thinking he’d just pull their body to his, place a hand on their cheek and kiss them. He’d pull away after a few moments and apologise, then tell them how much he had feelings for them

He’d desperately want to kiss them, but he wouldn’t know how appropriate it would be and he’d be nervous about their reaction as he didn’t know if they felt the same way. Instead, he’d buy some flowers or a simple gift and come up to them and ask them out on a date, but he’d hide his nerves rather well the entire time
