thank you for writing a fic (The Utterances of Storm) that made me cry about missing my figure skating days. its been 15 years and the nostalgia hit home hard. Also beautiful description of skating.

Wow! It’s so gratifying to get the stamp of approval from someone who actually figure skated! The best I can do is skate without falling. Like, I have to stop by smashing into the boards. All my figure skating knowledge (and, thus, descriptions) came from watching my cousins, who figured skated for years, and a lot of YouTube videos.

I hope that maybe one day you’ll get back into it (and then film it so the rest of us can bask in your glory).
