The fact that Gabriel is totally and absolutely obsessed with his dead wife in a coffin hidden under his own house. That he became crazy to the point of losing himself and doing acts beyond all limits.

And that Marinette is in a total brain rot over a boy she had never met and once met that she follows (stalks) without limit. Knowing all his every move to the point of making a copy of his schedule (I don't know how she got it) that she has in her room, plus a wallpaper (pink with glitter) on her computer. That she makes crappy plans to "confess" her feelings to him. Not to mention all the weird stuff related to that.

So quite a common point all the same. And the crazy thing is that Marientte and Gabriel at the end of the cycle (seasons 1 to 5) are each reunited with their obsessions and it doesn't seem to bother anyone in the series or in the fandom XD.

It's funny to think that Marinette's "wedding" costume matches Gabriel's major clothing for a large part of the series. His costume with his red pants, the white shirt and jacket (silver jacket in addition) and white and red tie/scarf. We also count the white shoes and the red laces.

The irony is so strong because he is the only character who is coded with these colors (we can add Kagami too but that's another story).

As a bonus feature on the Japanese DVD version of Season 1, there's a bookplate featuring LadyBug in the center, Chat Noir on the right, and Papillon on the left.

And finally, here's the last volume of the first cycle (seasons 1 to 5) of Miraculous, but also the last one in which Marinette and Gabriel appear together (at least for now, we don't know what the new cycle holds).

This is volume 54, which is about the last episode of season 5.

This cover shows us Marinette with the last amalgam she creates: the Ladybug and le Chat . A really cool transformation in appearance (I think so, anyway). And not Monarque, but Gabriel in civilian clothes, but in "traditional" civilian clothes. I don't mean his white and red outfit from seasons 1 to 4.

What's surprising is that: whether it's Marinette or Gabriel, they're not as tense, combative, or desperate as in the episode, but here they're calm and collected.

Marinette is certainly in a position ready for a possible retaliation, but she remains smiling and friendly. Gabriel has an expression we rarely see on him (or never, actually XD), one of sincere calm, even kindness.

The background is of course the Agreste house where the final battle between them takes place. The area is still bright, with a window and the possibility of a positive ending. But we know that won't be what awaits our beloved characters.

It's cute, as always, to see the color matching between them. Gabriel's traditional outfit matches Ladybug's, or rather, Bugnoir's (a very silly name, I think XD). And to see them so bright together.

You know what would be really funny. I'll tell you:

Now Marinette has a red streak in her hair when she transforms into Ladybug. And who has a red streak (and then much more from season 6) in her hair Nathalie.

Do you see where I'm going with this…?

What if Natalie was actually Marinette who comes from the future (or another timeline) who tries to change something in this timeline that we know as "the original".

That would mean that this "Marinette/Nathalie" went to the past to do something but fell in love with Gabriel Agreste but couldn't do anything and continues to stay even after his death and always tries to change something.

Yes yes, it all starts from a red streak of hair present in Marinette and Nathalie.

I love this idea so much. I don't know if it's very clear but the idea is there XD.

Hey, admit that there is a crazy scenario there. Everything to see Marinette and Gabriel together on screen again. If a scriptwriter passes by whether it is for fanart, fanfiction or even the series itself XD, I am here to witness it.

New official Miraculous figurine. The collection is called Shake Surprise, series 1 includes 4 characters: Ladybug, Papillon, Bunix and Chat Noir. The other two characters, Carapace and Climatika, are not yet present, maybe for series 2?
