Research institutions need to reflect on their attitudes toward plastic waste and make sustainability a priority in laboratories
My brother says I should be applying for jobs even if they ask for a BS/BA, but I'm applying for lab jobs mostly and I feel very underqualified for those that ask for degrees. I'm getting my BS in Biology, but I haven't taken any upper (300-400 level) classes (except 2/3 quarters of O Chem). I have 2+ years of lab experience though? (from gen chem, the 200-level bio series, and O Chem). Does anyone know how strict they are when hiring with degree requirements?
