Illustration Art for my Original Fantasy Novel!
I have been writing fan-fiction since I was sixteen, from Young Justice to the Outsiders. More recently the Legend of Zelda, with my story Travel Through the Darkness. In doing so I have learned so much from other writers. Since I was eighteen, I began writing my own fantasy novel. Eight years later, I am nearly finished with the editing process! I hope to publish within the next year or two: and when I do, it will be with the fantastic artwork of the wonderful La-Sera! Look at that detail!
The above image will be the back-cover of the novel: a fantasy story inspired by the Greek-Roman myths, the Prince of Egypt, Lord of the Rings, Avatar the Last Airbender, Star Wars, and, of course, the Legend of Zelda! It is the story of the last days of a terrible war, where a young soldier, exiled in a foreign land with his brothers-in-arms, must battle against demons, monsters and the desires of his own heart to become the warrior he was born to be, and the father of future heroes.
In addition to the back-cover, La-Sera will be doing the chapter illustrations! For anyone wishing to learn more and follow our progress in the New Year, I will soon post a link to a second Tumblr blog this January or February, depending on my work schedule. Advice from anyone who has experience with publishing is very appreciated 😊🤗
