my reasoning for being IA
i don’t even know if this needs an announcement but i feel bad kind of abandoning my tumblr so suddenly. for the past few months i have been very overwhelmed with my job with almost no days off, and when i do have a day off i spend my days resting up because of how exhausting my job is. i also have a ton of issues at home that have made my mental health plummet dramatically to the point where i am very insecure in my writing and do not feel as confident as i used to in it. i believe it’s due to my constant exhaustion that i feel my work isn’t as well as it used to be, along with not being able to read as much as i used to be able to. along with my exhaustion comes my lack of inspiration, which i believe is from my mental health as well.
so overall, i’ve just been at a bad place mentally and have little to no time to just enjoy what i used to which is writing. but i am currently looking for a new job that isn’t so physically demanding and overworks me so much as my current one does. and i hope to begin writing again soon and gaining back my confidence in my writing.
i’ve found myself writing up many scenarios but never publishing them due to fear but i hope to overcome that within the next month or so.
