Cream Cheese And Grape Pancake (Homemade cream cheese yogurt sauce with Japanese Kyoho Grape and Muscat) 🥞🍇
The mini rice flour pancakes were quite fluffy, though what really surprised me was the cream cheese yogurt sauce, it’s sprinkled with colorful seasame seeds (which I found very pretty😆), as you’re chewing the pancakes with the sauce and seasme seeds together, the flavor and oil from the seasame seeds went really well with the cream cheese sauce and I didn’t expect this. The cream cheese yogurt sauce wasn’t a heavy one, though if you think it might be still a little bit too heavy for you, the Kyoho and Muscat grapes can help you with that, their fruitiness, sweetness and subtle acidity can balance it out. The segments of pears poached in red wine and the fruit sauce/dressing can do that as well.
