FCT police arrest suspect with freshly severed human head . . The Commissioner of Police in charge of the command, Mr Bala Ciroma, disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Abuja. . . He said the suspect was arrested on May 19 following a distress call to police operatives in the territory. . . The commissioner said that the victim was a 3-year old boy of Rugan Fulani near #Leleyi village in #Kwali Area Council of the territory. . . He said the suspect had confessed that prior to his arrest he had beheaded four children and given their heads to his master who was now at large. . . Ciroma said the suspect told the police that he was paid N170,000 for every male head he severed and N160,000 for every female victim my his master. . . He said his victims were taken from Sheda, Kwali, Kilankwa, Gwako and Leleyi villages all in Kwali Area Council. . . Supplementary Elections: Police restrict movement in parts of Abuja

The FCT Police Command on Friday announced restriction of vehicular movement in parts of Abuja where supplementary elections would be held for inconclusive area council elections.

Bwari, Kuje and Kwali were amongst the affected councils. A rerun had been scheduled for March 23.
