Running into Cross again was purely chance. Normally he would have excitedly run up to greet a friend he hadnโt seen in some time but, even from a distance, he could tell that something was off. His suspicions were unfortunately confirmed as he hurriedly closed the distance between the two of them, Cross only noticing him when he spoke up.
Satoshi frowns when Cross talks again, entirely brushing over the subject of his own well-being. The Pikachu on his shoulder mirrors his concern, letting out a worriedย โPika...โ. This wasnโt exactly the reunion they were expecting.
โYou really donโt look too good...โ He thinks for a moment before looking back up with determination. โWe gotta go to a Pokemon Center!โ
Of course, he doesnโt know whereย that would be butย he is prepared to drag Cross to a Pokemon Center if he has to.
