Wanderer thoughts w/ Lynette being also there. I just think they're neat and I want to write shippy things for them soon. He's named Kunimitsu here, but it's mentioned once I think. He mistakes Lynette for a puppet and has a crisis sort of
──❀*̥˚───❀*̥˚──
What's the meaning of freedom to a puppet?
Kunimitsu asks himself that question often. Why was his way of getting favoured by the gods, freedom? Freedom, to him? He, who's been controlled as long as he can remember?
"Maybe it means that you've moving on, Wanderer" He remembers Kusanali saying, though he doesn't know if he should believe her. He doesn't know what to believe, and he certainly doesn't want to believe anymore. He chooses to ignore his thoughts
So, why is it that the same question arises yet again?
Travelling to Fontaine wasn't the most pleasant (damn the mediocre transport methods in this world, he had to go there by foot), and the questions that come alive a second time in his mind haven't helped in easing his current state, like the trip was supposed to do.
While walking through the busy streets of the Court of Fontaine, two people catch his eye. He knows these people, but from where...? He distinctly remembers their faces, but he can't seem to know where they're from
They're dressed in flashy attire, matching bows and materials, and they're clearly trying to match for... Something? He doesn't know what for.
What really grabs his attention is when the one dressed in teal speaks up, going stiff and "Entering standby mode", as they call it. He wonders if Sandrone has really made so much improvement to her puppet making, that they're 'human' enough to receive visions? And an anemo one, at that... He shouldn't care as much as he does, he tells himself.
It's not that big of a deal, it's just a puppet with a vision. Just a puppet with a vision. And what is he if not a puppet with a vision? All this time, he's hid himself in the idea of being an exception to a rule. Inhumane cannot have visions, but he has one, even if solely because he's come from divine hands. But now, he sees another. Another of his kind, with the element of freedom
It's confusing. What kind of sick joke is this? Finally getting out of his internal dillema, just for it to be back again?

I like to think Scara shuts off his mobility functions whenever he and Lynette sleep on the same bed so he doesn't accidentally touch them. He's so awkward over not wanting to do anything that makes Lynette feel bad. In my mind
