ibo twitter announced the line of stuff being sold at the iron flower celebration:

pamphlet with a photoshoot between mika and orga's vas, cast interviews, musical artist interviews with ibo's composer yokoyama, plus momiken and yosuke from spyair (rage of dust), and yu ito's concept designs for the characters' anniversary drip.

the other physical goods is the usual kind of stuff; acrylic stands, stickers, badges, and clear files.

there's also a towel and tshirt with objects that represent the different characters (the bracelets, the ryuseigo mark, etc):

the little derpy drawings of the cast are by the artist kumamine. orga and the teal gjallarhorn uniform guys are drawn in the style of kumamine's characters mujina (this means badger, but... its not really a badger lmao) and the rest are in the style of shigotoneko (working cat).

look, i'm still fucking Mad!!! that eugene's va not being at the anniversary means there is no full body suit art for him, and now i get to be mad there's no shigotoneko style eugene too.
