A cloudburst incident has been reported in the Garsa-Shilanala area of Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district. Following heavy rainfall, a sudden, powerful flash flood surged through the Garsa Nallah (stream), causing panic across the region. A video of the incident is rapidly going viral on social media.
According to preliminary information, there have been no reports of casualties or damage to property so far. The administration has urged people to stay away from rivers, streams, and landslide-prone areas, and to heed warnings issued by the Meteorological Department.
