Basic protection for pumps
 INT69 F diagnostics The German specialist Kriwan is expanding its product portfolio and offers basic protection for pumps and agitators with the INT69 F diagnostics. This pump protection combines monitoring of motor temperature and leakage (conductivity measurement). The development was based on proven technology with its integrated microprocessor. As a result, the protection device can be individually adjusted to any application using the Kriwan INTspector App. The user can choose between PTC, Pt100, Pt1000, and bimetal at the motor temperature input. The leakage input can be set to exceed or fall short of the resistance and can thus be monitored for penetrating medium or dry running. Furthermore, the parameterization of warning, setpoint and shutdown values, tripping delays as well as restart delays or an interlocked shutdown without automatic restart per input is possible. An alarm relay (changeover contact) ensures operational safety and shutdown within the safety chain of the pump. In addition, the sensors are monitored for short circuits and interruptions. The diagnostic function provides an overview of the operating data, error lists, error counter, current measured values and live diagnosis. A PDF report can be generated for documentation or as proof to third parties. This contains all diagnostic data and settings of the INT69 F diagnostic protective device. The UL-certified protection device is designed for installation in the control cabinet on a DIN rail and allows quick and easy wiring using removable push-in terminals. The power supply is 24 V AC/DC 50/60 Hz and 100-240V AC 50/60 Hz. An LED on the front of the INT69 F diagnostic unit indicates the current operating status.
