I finished this book at 2:34 AM and I LOVED it. I almost didn’t give it a chance, TBH. I loved Sophie Kinsella’s Shopaholic series only up until Shopaholic & Sister because I felt Rebecca Brandon née Bloomwood never really learns her lesson and continuously lies book after book after book. But this one is actually quite refreshing. I loved that the Main Character Katie Brenner works in branding which is related to my industry, while at the same time I loved that it exposed me to industries I am not really familiar to like farming and glamping. Also, as someone who reinvented herself with a new name after college, I can relate to Katie changing her name to Cat. And as someone who works in PR, I can identify with Demeter’s and Cat’s problems. And the ROMANCE! Sophie Kinsella captured my heart again. Recommended reading! 👌🏻 And hey! It’s the first book I finished on my new Kindle! ❄️ #KrissyfiedReads
