With You, Our Love Will Make It Through Episode 11 Review - Journalism At Its Lowest
Oh come on! You canāt just transition an episode from making people try to ease their romantic wounds to tearing open new ones! I think this is the most serious conflict Tsunagu and Mari has faced by far and I need newspaper boy eradicated this instant!
As someone who minored in journalism and uses all the knowledge that I obtained from school to start this blog, it hurts to see how far journalism as a whole has sunk. People will twist anything for attention and approval. Meanwhile, this sh*t stain of a journalist thinks he can just insert a tiny camera onto a rooftop and take a picture of Tsunagu and Mari without their consent. These are the types of cameras that Korean women are afraid of when they go use the public restrooms because of nonconsensual shots! What this guy is doing a crime, yet people are quick to blame Tsunagu all because heās a beastman and that makes him an easy target. Yukihiro is too nice because Iād be slapping him because violence is non-consensual, just like Kinariās actions!
The fact that the school isnāt really doing much for Tsunagu sucks. Heās been working hard to attend human school so that he can achieve his dream of being a doctor for the beastfolk, yet because of someoneās lies, theyāre considering a leave of absence for him. It just shows that they arenāt really willing to accommodate beastfolk and donāt really know how to deal with situations revolving around prejudiceā¦yet it was the schoolās decision to take in a beastfolk as a student. It feels hypocritical⦠Fortunately, the class aside from those two jerks donāt believe in the article as they know Tsunagu is a good guy. I honestly like that Ochi kicked one of the jerksā chair when they were talking bad about Tsunagu, which shows some positive development on his part.
I honestly am happy that Mari is not written as a weak-willed shoujo heroine because sheās not moping about the circumstances, but is trying her best to help out. I get that people might be questioning why she isnāt speaking up by telling people she wasnāt assaulted, but people might just make more nasty assumptions and would probably gaslight her as well. Iām glad that she was going off on the guidance counselor Hamashima, whoās voiced by Ryoka Yuzuki who voiced Taikiās mother in Blue Box, Ino Yamanaka in Naruto and Satsuki Kiryuin in Kill La Kill.
Man, the whole slanderous article bit really soured my mood. I canāt feel happy for the Yukihiro and Kisara moments. Theyāre so cute, but the bitter aftertaste of what happens afterwards sucks. Itās funny how I want Natsuki Hanae to voice more villainous characters and this asshole is probably the most vile out of his repertoire so farā¦and heās from a furry shoujo anime! Iām going to end this review here before I blow my lid off completely. Let me know your thoughts on this episode!

With You, Our Love Will Make It Through Episode 10 Review - A Festival With Beasts
This is probably the most wholesome episode by far, though there is a bit of conflict. Anyways, itās Cultural Festival time! Mariās class is doing a retro cafe, so they are wearing retro-style maid and butler outfits. While Mari and Tsunagu do get their cute moments together, the episode as a whole is mostly focused on the events that transpire.
Since Mari and Tsunagu arenāt officially dating and are in a situationship, insensitive questions on if theyāre dating gets the person asking punished, which I like. I like how Yukihiro and Ritsuka attacked Ikeda on different occasions. They are aware of Mariās feelings, but donāt want to complicate things for her and for others. Still, itās also sweet of Ayano and Ritsuka to make Mari spend time with Tsunagu whenever they have a break.
First off, we do see a bit of Ochi in this episode. Heās helping out Yukihiro with passing flyers. While he can easily grab female customers with his good looks and charm, he doesnāt like superficiality and wants to be honest and true. As Yukihiro noticed that he doesnāt hang out with his two friends anymore, he almost offered him to join his little crew before Kisara interrupted. It does make me wonder what sort of storyline Ochi has as heās quite the mystery. Taori also shows up in this episode and it does make me wonder if sheās developing feelings for Tsunagu.
And yes, Kisara does show up, but as Mariās friend as she invited her. Sheās not very good with crowds and thereās also a conflict that revolve around her where she gets sexually harassed by human male visitors who were trying to hit on Mari and thought Kisara was a girl who was wearing a cat hoodie. The fact that they learned that sheās a beastfolk caused their demeanor to shift from chill to anger. It does come off as prejudice and a bit racist as they stopped being interested in Kisara the moment they found out sheās a beastfolk, so sheās not appealing to them anymore. Anyways, those guys suck and Iām glad they were turned over to the committee. They seem like young adults, so it does feel icky that they were trying to hit on high schooler Mari whoās turning 16 soon.
The little twist that their cafe is actually a beastfolk cafe was hilarious. Kisara was baffled as she didnāt think that humans would actually do such a concept. Still, itās sweet of the class to come up with it real quickly just in case if someone had a bad opinion of Tsunagu. It really shows how much they care about him as a person and not just his race. Kokonoha, the glasses guy, even shows his love and respect for the beastfolk to the point that he made a manual for whatās acceptable to beastfolk for humans. He doesnāt want to appropriate their culture in a sense. Though, kid, donāt think about becoming a beastfolkādonāt become someone like Oli Londonā¦
Thereās also some potential ship tease between Yukihiro and Kisara as they got some cute moments together. However, since itās already Episode 10, itās definitely not going to be resolved, but just a thing. Still, itās sweet that Kisara was able to remember his name, which shows that sheās good at listening and respects others even if she met them briefly. She did brush her tail on his hand and even said that him donning a horse head is weird. He even walks her home as itās dangerous at night and that she chose him to take her back. Though, there was a true purpose: she can detect his feelings for Mari; however, he knows she has feelings for Tsunagu. I wonder how this will be resolved next weekā¦
By the way, Kokonoha is voiced by Yuki Sakakibara who voiced Neil in Secrets of the Silent Witch, Tamao in Yohaji and Hirose in the upcoming Nakamura-kun anime. Ikeda, the blond guy with the ponytail, is voiced by Kentaro Kumagai, who voiced Laios in Delicious in Dungeon. Itās interesting how these rather known names pop up here and there.
Anyways, what do you think is going to happen with this Yukihiro and Kisara thing? There are only two more episodes left, so theyāre definitely not going to be a side ship just yet. Let me know your thoughts on this episode. One more question before I end: does Yukihiro make for a hot horse, like he said?
when I was like four I heard about this kid called the "termite kid" bc he ate wood. I wanted to be like that kid I wanted to be a termite child so I ate the wood on my bed and then I got sick and stopped doing it (moral: dont become a termite)
SIGMA WOULD BE PROUD THAT CHILD IS A PRODIGY IN HIS EYES HE IS CREATING A STRUCTURE SO BEAUTIFUL WE CANNOT EVEN PERCEIVE IT

3. Uhhh it's hard to say what I consider the "best" game I've ever played, because if I think about it the games I love the most are all really really flawed, so... if I was just gonna go with my favorite/most important to me, I'd still probably say "Gotcha Force". I really want to replay it sometime soon, since though I don't know if it'd hold up as well for me now, another part of me thinks that now that I'd enjoy it even more since I can appreciate some of the cool robot/toku things in it.
4. On a sorta similar note, I usually go into playing/watching/reading/whatever things with the knowledge that I'll likely enjoy them, so I haven't actually played too many games I've specifically disliked that I can think of? I mean what sticks out in recent memory in terms of a game I've actually played (...if only for like 10 minutes) that I really dislike... Killer Instinct for the XBONE. It's just a clusterfuck of bad particle effects and I can't understand a single thing that's happening on screen; like there are fighters where things are happening way too fast and that's an issue and all, but here it's like I can't even get my eyes to focus on the screen because of how flashy everything is while the animation is also really jarring? And the fact that the hit sounds are all really generically... meaty, I guess, really messes with my ability to discern how attacks are going (I guess I'm saying there's not much of a feeling of "hit confirm"?) and so I can't even use that to help make sense of what's happening.
6. It's... probably way too much to get into, but Umineko, though an obvious answer, is definitely it.
7. I'd say Umineko again but the fact is that it really wasn't memorable 100% of the time or anything. Maybe something like... Violet? That just sorta came to mind rather than being specifically significant (though it is a game I really love), but the length really helps there.
kokonoha replied to your post: ā#what I didnāt know the protag of infamous 3 is Native Itās a tribe...ā:
the main point of the game is to gain powers to save the guy's tribe so there's that at least? it's the ultimate goal and you're reminded of it fairly often
Really? I haven't heard anything about it, then again, this is all stuff I've simply been hearing folks talk about. But if that is the case, then that's a plus. I just wish legitimate research was done.
