While going outside means new opportunities of exploration, Nakigitsune still spends most of his time at home, away from the crowds and unfamiliar people. There's a lot of things you can do inside, after all -- he falls into certain routines easily, sitting on the couch with his phone or in front of the computer while Kogitsunemaru sleeps, usually preferring to be in the same room as the other (not to mention, his fox likes to curl up beside the taller man rather than stare at the screen till four in the morning.)

Marriage is still an awkward concept; he knows about it from stories and his own observations, having witnessed both the best and the worst of Akimoto family (men drinking themselves into drunken stupor, happy families, kids who will never see their father again.) Nevertheless, he's glad that it's with Kogitsunemaru, of all people -- they might not know each other that well, but he's a fox, too, and due to that familiarity, Nakigitsune feels perfectly comfortable when he's around. (His fox tells him over and over again that he shouldn't trust someone so easily, but he's hardly ever listening.)

Unlike Naki, Kogitsune seems to have some trouble adjusting. It's to be expected -- the other fox is definitely older and less used to the time passing by, due to... certain events resulting in his destruction. It doesn't bother him, really -- he shows Kogitsunemaru everything he knows, in hopes of helping him out, if only a little. At the very least, his clumsy attempts to explain technology result in the other learning how to play games -- and it's that kind of an evening, both of them seated in front of the television.

He's sitting on the floor, back rested against the couch, as the fox proudly carries the game CD over to the console. They've played Mario Kart before -- casually, because Kogitsune had to learn controls, but tonight, they've decided to play for real. Which means, it's rainbow road time. The fox pushes the button, and slips the CD in, trotting back to Nakigitsune and climbing in his lap.
