You may have seen the viral "Sunflower Theory" โ the idea that sunflowers turn to face each other when the sun goes down.
It's a beautiful story. But it's not actually true.
What IS true is more interesting.
Young sunflowers track the sun all day โ east to west, moving constantly. But when they reach maturity, they stop chasing.
They choose a direction โ east, toward the light they know is coming โ and they hold it. Permanently.
They don't follow every light source anymore. They face the one they trust.
Maturity isn't restlessness. It's orientation.
Know your light. Face it. Hold.
