This life force is stored within what is called the energy body. The energy body is the invisible part of our human anatomy that is invisible to human eyes, this is where our energy or prana flows. The word “Chakra” is translated to Sanskrit meaning wheel or disk. But chakras actually refer to spiritual energy centers within the human body, of which there are seven pivotal points.
