the first character i ever fell in love with: Probably Spider-Man? I watched the cartoon and went to see the first T.obey movie when I was a little kid, so I'd say that was my first exposure to Marvel, and I loved Spider-Man.

a character that i used to love/like, but now do not: idk about in terms of comics, but in the MCU, it's Loki. I used to be a Loki stan but everything after Ragnarok just??? The show was a miss for me tbh and I feel like they're kinda fucking with the principles of his character too much. But it's Marvel so of course they are.

a ship that i used to love/like, but now do not: This is probably controversial but after reading Civil War, probably Reed and Sue. She dumped his ass and honestly, he deserved it. I'm torn because they're such a power couple and to be fair I haven't read any FF content beyond Civil War, but what went down between them felt really fucked up and I haven't recovered from that yet lol.

favorite episode: my favorite comic would be the "At Death's Door", or the first Black Cat annual, or the Madripoor arc in the Black Cat comics

saddest death: Peter Parker before his "rebirth". Also Clint Barton being fucking vaporized during House of M or whatever.

character that everyone else in the fandom loves, but i hate: I wouldn't say *hate*, but I don't get Moon Knight, but I blame that solely on the fact that I read part of what is considered one of his worst runs. I want to read the new series and see if it changes my mind. Also I am so fucking over whatever is going on with Xavier right now.

I don't actually have that many "wow I'm super into this" ships in Marvel to start I just kinda vibe with what's happening and see how I feel about it lmao.

          It’s been over thirty years since he’s set foot in the building but there’s a scent in the air that’s unmistakeably set within these walls, the entrance swinging shut behind him as he takes it all in, new paintwork and state of the art features unable to hinder an echo of the past as the man’s long stride slowly retraces a path towards the venue’s main hall. The All Valley Sports Arena would host a variety of extracurricular events over the decades, but the annual karate tournament would always be a means of pride and joy in the area, taking on a completely different atmosphere whenever it would roll around, an audience settling into their respective seats in the bleachers bringing with them an elevated expectation of heightened skill  (  & fair play  ).  However they’re empty today as blue eyes traverse across aloft silhouettes, in-house staff adjusting the lighting and other components ahead of the event to take place the next day, preparations in motion with Silver aiming to meet with one of the independent referees adjudicating the oncoming bouts---

“miguel,   you   don’t   have   to.“   but   the   kid   is   already   halfway   there   to   help   him   anyway   and   eventually,   daniel   just   ressigns   himself   to   get   the   help.   his   body   is   aching,   for   the   fight,   for   the   pain   he   had,   though   what   is   crushed   the   most   is   his   spirit.   silver   just   made   the   pain   of   that   now   match   his   body.   the   young   man   aids   in   helping   him   walk,   having   his   bad   knee   aching   worst   than   normal   he   is   having   trouble   walking,   breathing,   amongst   other   things. 

he gives miguel a look to convey just how much silent treatment he'd get if he dared say it. one of these days someone is going to ask about the fact that his boyfriend always seems to get in trouble when he's around, and he's not gonna know how to explain that's it's only half his fault. "if someone asks about what happened to the trash cans you have no idea." they should probably clean those up too, but they're not exactly going anywhere.

SHE  HAD  A  SMALL  WRAPPED  BOX  UNDER  ONE  ARM  and  a  tray  of  tamales  balanced  in  her  other  as  she  made  her  way  to  Miguel's  apartment.  Carmen  had  invited  her  and  Johnny  over  and  she  knew  Johnny  was  running  a  little  late  but  she  made  sure  that  she  was  on  time  to  help.  While  tamales  weren't  usually  something  she  had  on  Christmas,  she  wasn't  unaware  of  the  tradition.  

NATALIA  KNEW  HOW  MUCH  IT  MEANT  TO  MIGUEL  and  his  family  so  she  was  happy  to  make  some  food  to  bring  to  the  small  celebration.  Christmas  Eve  dinner  was  just  as  important  than  Christmas  dinner  and  nobody  could  convince  her  otherwise.  

DANGLING  FROM  HER  FINGERS  was  a  couple  of  small  bags.  A  bottle  of  wine  for  Carmen  and  some  brownies  for  ya-ya.  She'd  come  straight  from  the  studio  as  she  had  some  students  that  didn't  have  anywhere  to  go  so  she  was  making  sure  they  got  some  food  in  their  bellies  before  dropping  them  off.  "Hola,  Miguel.  Feliz  Nochebuena.  I'm  sorry  I'm  late.  I  brought  gifts  and  food."  Spanish  spoken  as  easily  as  English.  It  was  always  amusing  when  people  were  surprised  she  spoke  it  so  well  as  it  was  her  second  language  behind  Russian.
