Anyone who likes Hogan’s Heroes or is interested in World War 2 will be interested in this.
They just aired the first season on the Knowledge Network (it’s free streaming by the way, works like AO3, by donation) and it was amazing. A lot of people have heard about The Great Escape from Stalag III in Poland. This is even more mind-blowing. 100 prisoners escaped from a prison camp in German occupied Slovenia and trekked 150 miles over mountainous terrain to freedom with the help of partisans, being pursued by Nazi soldiers all the way.
