When the pandemic shutdown started Mitch began baking bread. Not otherwise a cook, he assumed that following directions (at which he excels!) was mostly what was required. This frothy container of yeast is an example. Nowhere in the recipe did it explain how you activate dry yeast. Does that sound like some instructions you’ve used? BTW, the recipe said to put all ingredients in the bowl. Nothing more. I have filled in a lot of blanks for him; I can do it for you as a knitter or designer.
