Kitten and Katya being Rachel and Illyana's nicknames for Kitty... Them being her best friends and having to live with knowing a version of her that helped shape their childhood and whom they had to kill. Illyana's version of Kitty being hard and shaped by the evil of limbo, Rachel's version of Kitty being soft and kind and motherly. The tragedy of each of them killing Kitty crystallizing their perception about themselves and forever linking them to the horrible world they come from. Kitty knowing only a fraction of all of this and not caring and loving them all the same
