The night of the Cats
Thanks to the cat anon, and @the27th‘s post I came up with this, it’s rushed but whatever:
It was a night like any other at Night Raven, or so Crowley thought. What he did not know was that a mysterious stranger was making their way through the school, turning each of the students into cats one by one. Yes, even the dorm leaders and those who were already catlike fell to the power of the spell.
And yet, none of the faculty members were affected by it. But why was this? Simple, it was because they were unnecessary to the plans of the stranger. However, there were two faculty members that proved useful. Grim and Lucius were all too happy to let the stranger in to transform the students into their kind. Especially since the stranger had promised them that after taking over NRC, the two cats could run it.
Crowley could hear the screams of the other faculty members from his office, each more bloodcurdling than the last. But all of a sudden, the screams stopped, and instead they were replaced with a familiar sound. It was a meow. But then the meowing grew louder, as though the entire hall was filled with cats. Opening the door of his office, he was greeted by a familiar face. Though the gray cat didn’t say a word. Instead, he jumped onto the mask of the headmaster, and the cats behind him did the same.
As Crowley was suffocated by the cats swarming his body, he saw a smile on Grim’s face, a smile that he loathed.
The former headmaster and the non-cat faculty members had perished, and in their place rose Grim and Lucius. How long this partnership would last however, would not be long.
