No tinkling bell was needed to alert Oliver to the entrance of his sixth customer of the day; the creak of the shop's heavy door on its hinges was more than enough of a warning to hastily finish shelving some of his most recent purchases. He had had a veritable flood of business today; one could almost think the poorly marked entrance, erratic hours and inconvenient location of his shop weren't a deterrent to customers at all.
"Hello! I'll be with you in a moment," he called out towards the newcomer.
