This is Kitty Bell, a background character in the Monster of the Week campaign who Filonyn sort of knows (they go to the same tea parties but don’t talk much). She’s a much younger fairy - only about 130 years old - who is generally pretty sweet and friendly but a little intimidated by the other fae in her social circles because most of them are off their fucking rockers. Poor Kitty was the character who called Filonyn on the phone on the middle of the hunt today after hearing, probably directly from Myantha, that they had killed a guy, in order to ask if they really did that. So far, all she has heard in response to that phone call is Filonyn picking up the phone and answering normally immediately followed by a loud crashing sound from the phone getting knocked down onto the pavement, and no answer to any future phone calls after that. It’s been hours and the whole forest caught on fire in the meantime. It’s so sad it was her who called because she’s like the second nicest one of the fae NPCs and second most likely to be seriously worried instead of just offended or confused, but Filonyn would’ve used the “attacked by a werewolf, can’t talk” strategy literally no matter who called them at that point, they were desperate not to deal with it right now
