That would be Kitt's parents. Arsene and Cardia. They both tragically passed away in an air ship crash back when she was ten years old. An event that she had unfortunately witnessed from afar and to which she still has nightmares about to this day.
They were both the strong, loving and supportive pillars in her life. Even though there were times when she would become mischievous, they would always handle her in a firm, but kind, manner. Growing up without them and having her life suddenly become so topsy turvy, she had always felt that she had taken them granted. She never got the chance to help them out as an adult nor show how much she appreciated them for everything they did for her.
All she could really do is hope that they were proud of the type of person she has become ... and forgive her for any troubles she might have caused.
