the Counselor's role is to kind of, run a sanctuary for werewolves that they can (at least somewhat) safely express their instincts and impulses, who knows who provides the funding for the project, exactly. naturally the Drifter thinks it's some hippydippy cult shit and is distrustful of the Counselor and the whole operation, understandably so.
the Counselor also promotes mindfulness methods to be more "in tune" of one's wolf self so it's less chaotic and more a cooperation of the "human" and the "wolf" in the same person, so to speak. they disapprove of the Drifter seeming to make excuses for their antisocial behavior, which the Drifter balks at.
so, yeah, they definitely are at odds in terms of values and practices, Drifter just kinda, doesn't care about anyone else while the Counselor wants a system that would be beneficial for everyone involved.

so sorry for not answering this til now, i'm such a distracted asshole 24/7 😭
i'm gonna be so fr with u rn dawg... i do nearly every aspect of badge-making on my phone, from creating the initial designs on canva to printing them on my shitty 7-year-old inkjet printer on regular photocopy paper. i am, in every sense of the term, a super mega amateur.
from what i understand, it reaaaally depends on the type of printer you use. if you're in a similar situation to me with a crappy inkjet printer, resolution doesn't really mean anything, but i do usually save the design files as 750x750p/300dpi at the very least so that if i DO find a better printer, my badges will be a decent quality with no unintended pixelation/warping. i hope that helps!! wish i was more experienced in digital graphic design lmfao
