What could explain the oddities? Does everything have to do with the man, or was she the one going crazy? Humans do not just sprout wings. A/N: I had this idea a while ago and I was writing it on twitter, it’s going to go on proper channels, but read first on Twitter! I used to do a few posts a day, and will most likely pick it up once each chapter is properly released on AO3.

Things were going well, relatively. For a woman fresh out of university with little to boast about but the sole reliance on naught but herself, things were going relatively well. Somehow or another, she had managed to put herself through the demanding course while working part time to establish both experience and independence. She was old enough to relieve her parents of the financial responsibilities of raising a daughter, and quite frankly, Ochako liked the fact that she managed it on her own, with full moral support from her family. Looking for a job was stressful, but as with life, situations were only as negative as she would view them. It was all in the mind. Mindset. Everything was within control. Except for the fact that she had been seeing things. ( Stress, she told herself. Naught but stress.) She had been working too hard, seeking a full time job that would provide her with sufficient salary to ease her family's burdens. A part time job could only get her so far, and now, armed with certifications, she would aim higher. Fly further. Shine brighter. Still, while stress and overwork could offer a reasonable explanation as to how she occasionally felt just a tad faint, how she swore, even just for the moment that she had an out of the body experience, how she thought she had managed to move utensils without touch, how she found strange, and absolutely random white feathers laying around, but nothing, nothing quite explained how she thought she saw wings. Upon herself.Just for the briefest moments, Uraraka Ochako thought she sprouted wings. She was DEFINITELY going crazy.
