oumeno week 2020: day 2: crossover

The most important thing to keep in mind when writing long(ish) works is that while yes, you’re writing for lots of people, the most important judge is yourself. I think what’s vital when it comes to producing fleshed out works is to not let audience expectation sway the way you’re planning on taking any specific fic. For fandoms like DR, people tend to expect a cookie-cutter au when a game au is mentioned. But imo its all the better when expectations do a 360. #myonion
