so, starting with furries. being a furry for most people is just, like, a hobby. its something fun to do that lets you express yourself. you dont actually think youre a cat or whatever
meanwhile, otherkin means you feel that, in some way or another, you are an animal. or a holy being or a plant or really anything [angelkin, fernkin, elfkin, etc]. some people think they have the spirit of an animal, some think they were an animal in a past life, some think they were meant to be an animal but the universe fucked up, etc etc
and then theres therians, which i know next to nothing about because im not one and have never been involved in the community. quadrobics seem fun tho
isn't it so fascinating how sometimes the kinfeelingsâ„¢ have knowledge that you shouldn't? i didn't know this would happen in the story, i didn't even know *of* the story at the time! i just knew it to be true. deep in my soul, somewhere. what the hell, sure!!
