No, you’re right. I’m getting super angry here, I’m not even sure what to believe anymore. Is he going to get a real chance this time? Is this boy actually allowed to be happy and in love for once in his life??? ugh who knows
one thing i think is sure: as long as Huber is around, Ringo is never going to get any kind of redemption. it’s just such lazy writing???? there is seriously no reason why Ringo is so far up Huber’s ass all the damn time, and what exactly he has to prove to him. but the thing is, whenever Huber is going to need a henchman, Ringo will have to play the part. And as long as it’s like this, Ringo will never have a real chance with Easy.
I’m just so confused about where this is going? I don’t see a purpose in any of it if Ringsy isn’t meant to be endgame like: why “make” Easy gay if not to give him a bigger romance story arc with a guy? why do they only ever give him temporary love interests? or not even that, but instead just random dates? why bring in Hauke, a guy who’s gonna move away eventually, when i’m certain that Easy won’t go away with him, at least not for long? you don’t give a character development like this just to write him out of the show.
And why have all this play pretend on Ringo’s part if not to make Ringo realize that he’s actually not pretending at all - that he really likes Easy?? Honestly, writers, don’t let a perfect trope like this go to waste.
but then again, a lot of plots seem to steer towards a turning point I think? The drama between Easy and Hauke is definitely moving towards something, and it’ll include a big decision on Easy’s part. They’re making Huber even more evil than usual, so maybe that means he will soon have to pay for all that? And with all the Huber plots being revealed, stuff will hopefully blow up into Ringo’s face as well, and I seriously can’t wait for that, because only after that I see a real chance for Ringo and Easy.
We’ll have to wait and see (and write more fanfic to endure this suffering for a little longer)
