He’s a heartless King who has the power to create horrible snow or ice creatures and shape shift into a giant owl. He creates snowmen to serve him and puts curses on animals-turning them into horrible monsters. He hates his son for what happened to his wife. He enjoys making his life miserable and wants to make him into a hateful and fearful King just like him. He wants to use him as a weapon so he could take over the world. Turning it into his lovely Winter World.

He has the power to fly using the blizzard. He was the only one who can do it until Hail Storm came along. Gale can create weapons out of ice, mostly just swords, sometimes arrows. He can shape shift into a large ice creature.

Gale Blizzard. Was once a puppet to King Aval until he met Queen Calixte. He broke free from his control on his own and took care of Calixte while the King was out somewhere, most likely taking his anger out on other villages. Calixte and Gale fell in love pretty quick. This was something Gale never had, he wasn’t going to ruin it the same way the King did. He was finally free to think for himself and to do the things that he wanted to do. Of course they kept this a secret from the King.

Didier’s mom, Calixte. Was a very loved Queen in the Kingdom of Sunlight. Until she met King Aval. Who froze her entire Kingdom but spared most of her people’s lives when she agreed to be his Queen. He really was in love with her but he was also very jealous. So jealous that when she was pregnant he started to regret this decision to have a child. So he kept his distance from her since he didn’t want to keep talking about his new kid. He had his loyal guard, Gale Blizzard, watch her and take care of her while he was out. Which is just about always. Gale was known as “The Devil’s Servant” so she wasn’t sure what to do. Shockingly Gale was actually calm and polite to her. When the King was around, he was rude towards everyone and quiet. That was when she found out that the King makes him act like that to make him look better in front of her. Gale used to be quiet and uncaring. But Gale changed completely when he was with her. He spoke more, he even smiled more, and he didn’t scare her. For once she felt safe. He never met someone as caring as she was. The other snowmen were too terrified of the King to break free from his control. But Gale wanted to be free, to feel, and to be with her. They pretty much fall in love sooner than expected.

King Aval. Didier’s awful father. He keeps him locked up in the tower. Is trying to wed him off to a powerful and also evil Princess or Queen. Why? He want money. And more land. But really he enjoys making Didier suffer since he refuses to be evil like him. So he’s hoping that if he marries someone evil he’ll also turn evil.
