Hakuno’s survey of the town brought her to the graveyard; she was unaware Stella City even had a graveyard. After all, she was under the impression that no one died. Maybe it was only the humans who didn’t die and this graveyard was for sheep?

She rubbed her hands over the graves as she walked past them, reading the names of each. No one she seemed to recognize. Not even a language she recognized, but she was somehow able to understand it anyway. Probably the same way everyone is able to understand what everyone else is saying.
