    “   amethyst…   ”   steven’s voice was soft as he looked at the purple gem, his expression startled yet — tender. he understood the fear that prompted her to say it – seeing his friends turned into lifeless puppets - having his gem pulled out? he felt lucky that they were all still here — still together. he smiled, moving forward, and hugged her tightly.

relief shone from every inch of stevonnie’s face as they rushed forward into the holding cell. disabling it hadn’t taken much effort, but it was just a relief to see one of their friends had reformed. they hugged the shorter gem tightly, before pulling back, a grin wide on their face.

“   you have no idea how happy i am to see you right now!   ”
