Experience the bold and delicious flavors of Kimchi Pork Sliders. These sliders feature a savory pork patty infused with the zing of kimchi, creating a mouthwatering blend of Korean-inspired tastes. Perfect for a flavorful snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 1 cup kimchi, finely chopped. 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated. Salt and black pepper to taste. Slider buns. For Garnish:. Additional kimchi. Sliced green onions. Sesame seeds.
Instructions: Put ground pork, chopped kimchi, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Make little patties out of the pork mixture about the size of sliders. Set a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat to get it hot. It should take about 34 minutes per side to cook the pork sliders until they are fully cooked and browned. You can grill or toast the slider buns until they are golden. Put a pork patty on each bun to make the sliders. You can add more kimchi, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds on top. Put extra kimchi or your favorite dipping sauce on the side to go with the Kimchi Pork Sliders. In every bite, you'll get the perfect mix of sweet pork, spicy kimchi, and delicious Asian flavors.
