We began our day with rocks again, this time Mt Wudinna, which is actually a monolith (that's what Uluru is). It's claimed that Mt Wudinna is the second largest monolith. Thankfully it was only 28C then. We then visited the Halfway Across Australia sign. Not sure where the measurements are from or what's being measured. We've spotted a giant galah (8m) and then visited the silo art. I think it's the prettiest of all the ones we've seen so far (and we loved all of them). Our overnight camp is in Kimba at the recreation grounds for a donation. There's nothing but the Shell servo open and it was the same in Wudinna. Everything closes 12 midday Saturday and reopens Monday. Helps people maintain a worklife balance.
