Kim wasn’t sure if it was that desperation to participate in “hot girl summer” at the last minute, or if people suddenly cared more about their health-- she doubted that with the copious amount of weed and alcohol this companies employees ingested --but she was as busy as ever. It seemed like everyone wanted to train all of the sudden, and as much as Kim loved her job, she loved her free time more. Enough so, that when yet another person scheduled a consultation with her, it took everything in her not to cancel. But, she was strong willed, and decided to take the time to meet this new person. Just not strong enough to show up on time. It was an accident, really. She overslept, it was nice, she had to park the bike. Her lack of punctuality was understandable in her book. She sped into the gym, still clad in her leather jacket to spot-- oh, god, what was his name? Jim? Jeff? No, it was like that one fairytale -- “Jack! Hey, sorry, I’m late.” Please let me have gotten your name right. She plopped down on a seat across from him. “So. You want to start working out.” She said, leaning back in her seat, a smile on her face. “You have any background? Sports, activities, previous work on a health journey?”
