I'm always talking about new & interesting #koreanbeauty products but what about #koreanmakeup products? Recently, @clio_official was kind enough to send me their Kill Lash Mascara line to try! The #killlashmascara line claims to be superproof... meaning: the mascaras are light-weight, anti-clumping, lasts-all-day, & waterproof w/a variation in degree of these claims w/each of the 3 varieties. Each variety (swipe ⬅️) focuses on different lash concerns: Long Curling, Volume Curling, & Sleek Volume all in a super black shade. A brown shade is also available but the black shade seems to be the most popular. The wands to each of the mascaras are slightly different & I found that the Sleek Volume brush was my favorite because of the seemingly fuller bristles. The mascaras are truly light-weight & the site suggests layering ALL 3 varieties for super results but that wasn't quite clear as some key points may have been lost in translation. I found that the #mascaras were very easy to apply. The formula for all of them is very similar & I see very little difference between them. The formulas apply very smoothly/evenly & are light-weight. Despite many layers of application, I saw very little to almost no clumping. I tried layering ALL of the mascaras but didn't get blown away by the results like I thought I would be. But they all really did a good job of curling & volumizing as promised. While an eyelash curler was probably not necessary, I found that it helped the curl hold better. The formulas also really lasted all day w/o flaking/smudging which is amazing because we all know how messy re-application can be. Overall, I would recommend trying 1/ALL of these mascaras. If I had to choose only 1 of the 3 mascaras, my favorite was probably the Sleek Volume mascara.
